Responsible for all the mechanics of supporting the sales teams, this role acts as the hub of the wheel to make sure that deals run smoothly and that sales metrics are accurate and up to date at all times.
Track long term sales data.
Implement new technologies as needed to support marketing and sales teams.
Serve as a liaison between teams and upper management.
Assist marketing teams in determining customer outreach methods.
Monitor and assist with customer retention.
Assist with account management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant experience.
Ability to perform advanced computing functions.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Access and Excel.
Familiarity with databases and sales software.
Ability to problem solve.
Ability to work well in groups.
Ability to multitask.
Strong communication skills.
